Phil’s effectiveness as a mediator is evidenced by the appointments he has received to serve on mediation panels for the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. Phil has taken dozens of hours of mediation courses and was first trained at the American Institute of Mediation.
